We may impose a special condition at the time of recognition or at any later time.

When we are considering imposing an entry and inspection condition we will follow the procedure set out in the following section.

When we are considering any other condition we will give the awarding organisation an opportunity to make representations in response to a written notice of our intention to impose a condition of a particular type. The period we allow the awarding organisation to make representations will be specified in the notice and will be determined by the urgency with which we need the condition to be complied with in order to have a positive impact.
